Standard Time: 3-5 Business Day (1-2 addition days for packaging)-Please note that this is a single member business. Meaning, orders are being made, processed, and packaged by ONE person. Once your item(s) has been packaged you will receive a tracking number via email.
RETURNS
Returns are not allowed. If the package you received was damaged, incorrect, or not received, please do the following:
* Contact me via Email, Facebook or Instagram letting me know what happened.* If package was damaged, please send me a photo of how you received your package. No photo, No replacements.
* If you received incorrect items, please send a photo of what you received.
* If you haven't received your package in the appropriate time frame, please reach out to me via email, facebook or instagram.
* The item that was damaged or incorrect will be the only item(s) replaced. You will not have to pay for anything, the fees will be covered (with the correct documentation)
